Scotch may not immediately jump out at you when you’re thinking about summer cocktails, but National Scotch Day is Monday, July 27th, and we think when combined with the right mixers (although we are a fan of it on the rocks), scotch makes a great warm weather spirit. So after a long day at work this National Scotch Day, kick back and relax with one of these cocktails.
