Non-Beliebers may have a reason to regain their faith.
After Justin Bieber’s indirect involvement in an altercation with members of his security team at South Pointe nightclub in Southampton, an assault conviction could force him out of the United States.
Bieber’s security team was allegedly “heavy-handed” and “intimidating.” A man at the club filed a complaint with the police after being medically treated at a local hospital. Police were not called to the scene.
However, Vanessa Zwaik, an associate attorney at Mitchell C. Zwaik and Associates, does not think Bieber is going anywhere.
“It doesn’t sound like he’s going to be charged with any type of felony,” Zwaik said.
The teen pop star seems to have been on a downward spiral since his break-up with Selena Gomez in January 2013. Photos of Bieber naked behind his guitar at his grandmother’s pool that were supposedly taken as a prank recently went viral. Police have raided his tour bus twice in search for drugs- once in Stockholm, the other time in Toronto.
If teen pop star is charged with assault, he probably will not be kicked out of the country but he could have some trouble getting back into U.S.
