On Saturday, July 11th, the 4th annual Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue Summer Benefit will be held at the home of Ellen and Chuck Scarborough, an Emmy Award-winning NBC anchor and correspondent. East End animal lovers will be treated to a night of music, dancing, drinks from Tito’s Vodka, and good eats from Between the Bread, as they raise funds to help save dogs from kill shelters across the nation.
The event will focus on supporting rescue efforts, the spaying and neutering of rescued animals, necessary medical care and finding loving forever homes. Attendees will enjoy various doggie themed booths as well as a live and silent auction. Animal lover and adopter of two Gimme Shelter dogs, Chuck Scarborough, will act as Master of Ceremonies.
Tickets are $200 in advance and $225 at the door.
