"Southampton audiences have shown great love of cinema and the Southampton Village location couldn't be more perfect for outdoor screenings," said Anne Chaisson.
"Playing live is the most important thing that we do as a band," explained guitarist/songwriter, Michael Timmins. "It is the one constant in our career that connects that first gig thirty years ago to today."
Mortified organizers describe the show as "a comic excavation of the strange and extraordinary things we created as kids…There are a million stories buried in the pages of people's lives. Our mission is to help people find them."

Figgis' works have been described as "nastily entertaining pieces of work" by Rebecca Smith.
