"Who would have thought that a group of mobile vendors gathering in a Bridgehampton potato field would become one of the most anticipated, family-friendly foodie events of the summer?" asked Michaela Johnson.
"I love the versatility of it by being able to create any flavor combination and use fresh-in season ingredients," Rachel Flatley said.

"Demand at Dopo La Spiaggia in Sag Harbor has been so overwhelming that we really needed a second spot father east to be able to accommodate our loyal customers," said owner Larry Baum.
