"Who would have thought that a group of mobile vendors gathering in a Bridgehampton potato field would become one of the most anticipated, family-friendly foodie events of the summer?" asked Michaela Johnson.

"I love the versatility of it by being able to create any flavor combination and use fresh-in season ingredients," Rachel Flatley said.

The Four Seasons restaurant, the ultimate Power Lunch locale, hadn't even been closed a month. But there was a hole in its habitués hearts.
