Gourmet preserve guru and "Saving the Seasons" author Kevin West has created a versatile summer BBQ option.

The gardener of a small, thriving garden in the town of Southampton is looking to expand the community's involvement in its growth and development.

"The goal is to help people who are starting there own food and drink companies and gain perspective from people who have been doing it for a while," Kathleen Russo said.

"It's amazing how children can get anything to grow," said Hailey London. "Maybe it is their little fingers and love."

"We couldn't be more excited to be located in the heart of Montauk, three blocks from the ocean, and in the center of all the action," said Jon Krasner.

"When you can tell the customer the oysters came out of the water this morning in Montauk, it doesn't get much better," said Eric Miller.
