"The Days have been a resounding success, with anywhere from 20+ to 50+ scarecrows put up around Montauk the past few years," noted Maureen Rutkowski.

"We have 224 acres here, and our work is to sustain this into the 21st Century," said Sara Gordon.

"Tony and I started telling tales of haunted Sag Harbor 10 years ago or more," said Annette Hinkle. "At first, many of the stories we came across had an 'urban legend' feel about them."

"I think we all agreed that we wanted to make it as Montauk as possible - keeping the venue and the atmosphere, and the food and service approachable, comfortable, and relaxed, thus taking advantage of our unique location on a 200-foot private bay beach in Montauk," said Marchetto.

"There are dozens of fantastic prizes donated by our local businesses and community members, with all funds supporting the Foundation's efforts to construct an Aquatic and Cultural Center at the Playhouse," said Susan Henkin.

"Westhampton Beach welcomes all down to enjoy the festivities," shared Noelle J Bass.

"Each time teens participate in any of these programs, they not only earn community service, but they also strengthen community bonds," said Theresa Maritato.

"There are many in our community who still do not have access to regular medical care," noted Sheila Rogers.
