"Through Farms and Fields is a wonderful way for us to share with our friends and neighbors the bounty of Long Island's East End," shared said Nancy Gilbert and Nancy Goell.
"The workshop will touch on several points, focusing on the art of fermentation and how it lends to 'living pizza,'" said Adam Kelinson. "We will go over the process of making the fermented dough, flour choices, and the importance of local food and ingredients."

This year's dinner will toast to Toni Ross (Nick & Toni's Restaurant, Founding Parent Hayground School) and Chef Claudia Fleming (North Fork Table & Inn).
