Southampton Youth Services' annual Family Fun Day promises to be a day filled with excitement, complete with family activities, carnival games, crafts, auctions and prizes, clowns and inflatables.

"Domestic violence affects everyone," noted The Retreat Executive Director Michele Pollock Rich. "It takes a coordinated effort by the community at large - law enforcement, advocates, community groups, schools - to combat domestic violence and declare that it will not be tolerated in our community."

The 33rd Annual Montauk Fall Festival will feature the Famous Clam Chowder contest, a special fireworks tribute honoring the Montauk Fire Department, a variety of activities for all ages, and other exciting happening.

The two-mile walk to the ocean is intended to promote responsible dog ownership and awareness of ARF.

"We are excited to be hosting the 2nd Annual 5K & 1 Mile Family Run at Stotzky Park in Riverhead to benefit our mission," expressed Tara M. Murphy, Program Manager of Maureen's Haven Homeless Outreach. "Register today to be part of the race day fun."
