"In addition to giving us an opportunity to show our guests a more casual version of EMP, it's also really fun for us to do as New Yorkers do, and head east for the summer," said restaurateur Will Guidara.

"It is amazing to us that this event continues to grow and generate new attendees," shared Kathy Grigo.
Nothing confirms that warmer weather is really on the way to rescue us from a cold, blustery winter like when seasonal Hamptons favorites reopen.
"It is expected that the campaign this spring will garner more than 150 participants," noted Steve Haweeli.
"Celebrating diverse cultural heritages is basically what chefs do every day," explained Chef Jason Weiner.
